Our basement apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Niederkirchen, surrounded by pasture and green areas in the immediate vicinity of the German wine route and the Palatinate Forest. These offer great excursion and refreshments. The bike path 100 m away between the wine villages of Meckenheim&Deidesheim invites you to extensive tours. A bicycle parking space and parking facilities complete the apartment equipped with underfloor heating. When the weather is nice, you can use the terrace behind the house.
