Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage has been renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and fine wooden veranda, where you sit very private, with beautiful views. Within 5 min. you drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you can find supermarkets, nice shops and catering. The dunes and the forest are within walking distance and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 min.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. Completely on your own. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and also its own garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Wonderful apartment to stay entirely on your own and enjoying the tranquility!
