Trendy '70s decorated bungalow near the sea.

The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The car park is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage carts to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

Mijn gezellig ingerichte 2 persoons Botgat bungalow (64m2) staat op een ruim erf achter de stolpboerderij genaamd Botgat . Het terras is op het zuiden dus tot zonsondergang kun je van t zonnetje genieten. Mijn wisseldagen zijn op maandag en vrijdag met uitzondering van de feestdagen. In de ZOMERVAKANTIE is er alleen WEEKVERHUUR van vrijdag tot vrijdag. De toeristenbelasting wordt apart berekend €2,25 p.p.p.n. Het bed is opgemaakt en er liggen twee handdoeken sets klaar. Géén hond toegestaan!

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please feel free to inquire about the information at the park entrance.

The detached house is completely renovated (2021) and located on a quiet holiday park and has a spacious garden all around.
