The apartment is very well equipped. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils were available. We had a nice time and felt very comfortable. There is enough space for 8 adults. The location is very nice and the weather also played along. We missed a hair dryer. However, it was not listed as amenities. All in all, a nice stay. 👍🏼 😊

Benjamin is a great host, we received a great introduction into the history of the place. The appartment is very nice, clean and well maintained. It has everything you need. Also Benjamin was very helpful and attentive, he gave good recommendations for a boat rental. Fantastic base to explore the Frisian lakes by boat.

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed it there very much. The location on the Sneekermeer and the view from the terrace are great. Sunrise and sunset so beautiful. Apartment is small but nice. Everything you need. Bedroom is a bit small. The bed 180x200 m is close to the wall. The one who sleeps on the wall doesn't just get out in the middle of the night without the bed neighbor waking up. But it wasn't an issue for us. The passing shipping traffic is sometimes quite noisy, but there are quiet phases. It's quiet at night. From the apartment you can make nice excursions by car, whereby the near town of Sneek is very nice.

A lovingly furnished and very nice accommodation in hippie style. We felt very comfortable and were even allowed to use the boat for a trip. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car and the place Workum with its great restaurants is within easy walking distance. It was a beautiful break from everyday life!

We had a great stay and were completely satisfied. Paul is a very nice host, he even organized bikes for us that were delivered to the property. We highly recommend it.

The house is calm and relaxing, with a beautiful view and a charming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Johanna's house in Joure is completely as you see on the pictures. It is in the center of Joure but still very quiet and private. It is tastefully furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. Communication with Johanna was smooth and friendly. In short, a 5 star stay and definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay with the family. Both in the living-dining room and in the garden there is enough space and sun spots to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We would recommend the house to anyone.

We had a lovely time in the little house. It is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The stairs to the upper floor are really steep - but that wasn't a problem for us. The distance to downtown is about 10 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend the place.

We had a very relaxing stay with six plus dog. The location of the house is very quiet and really beautiful - several times we were lucky enough to admire an enchanting sunset over the lake. Within walking distance, we were several times at the small harbor and were able to relax there. Several small villages are easily accessible by bike, by car we were in various places of the IJsselmeer and in Sneek - all super cute! The house itself is spacious and optimally divided with a ground floor bedroom with its own bathroom but separate toilet that can be used by everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, although we would have liked a regular coffee machine in addition. The combination oven/microwave is super convenient. Big compliment too😉: Finally an apartment with enough hangers!

Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

The hosts Gjis and Sophie were very sweet. If we had any questions, they were immediately available and the location was great. Free parking was right outside the door and also a Spar right next door. The beach was a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity were also restaurants. Quick access to the highway. The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and was lovingly furnished. It was also great that you could connect your smartphone or similar multimedia devices directly to the TV. All in all a nice place and we would definitely come back! Julia and Tommy

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice and clean. Just a little smaller than shown in the pictures, but completely ok for two people. We were very satisfied with everything, especially Johanna was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were primarily in Stavoren for fishing and had a lot of fun and beautiful fish. It was a dream come true! This is my second time staying in this apartment right on the IJsselmeer and never wanted to leave. There's really nothing missing. Everything is spotlessly clean and high quality. The next stay is already booked.
