Holiday rentals with a patio in Danvers

One of the nicest, cleanest, and well thought out Airbnb‘s we have ever stayed in. We arrived to fresh flowers throughout the house, food, and water in the refrigerator, And coffee with supplies. The location is excellent, quiet and easy walk to all of the sites. We highly recommend this unit to everyone.

Amazing location, close to Salem, beautiful views right from the living room window! We brought our bikes and were able to ride everywhere, didn’t move the car all weekend! This home will exceeded our expectations. So much care has went into this home and it really shows. Exquisitely decorated, and well stocked. The owners (and their pups) are all very nice. We would recommend this home over and over again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place for a weekend trip to Salem!! The location was perfect distance from Salem and very convenient. Michael’s apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, and when we checked in there was free wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice little touch!! We would love to stay here again for a future trip to Salem!

Beautiful home, so close to the beach. Had an amazing time, felt very at home and homeowner very helpful.

The loft was as nice as the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need. From towels to makeup wipes & tooth brushes. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location. Walk right out to shops, restaurants and the harbor. Very safe area. I would highly recommend if going to Newburyport.

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Very nice place, reasonable price and very close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amanda was great to communicate with. We were able to check in early. We did have an issue with the keypad once, reached out to Amanda and it was resolved quickly. Amanda was great with communication before we even checked in. I was a little concerns because I’ve never used an Airbnb before. Wasn’t sure how it worked as far as extra towels and necessities and Amanda was great, she told me that there would be enough and if not, she would Provide more. We would definitely like to stay there again. I think the only thing that I would suggestion is curtains on the windows. There are blinds on the windows but being that close to the main strip it’s very bright and it always looks like it is daytime in the apartment when it is nighttime. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again.

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

The photos and description provide an accurate representation of the the place. It is clean, non-cluttered, and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I found it to be a good value for the price and would stay there again. Communications with the host were pleasant and they were prompt in responding when I messaged them.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Bre was great! She was super responsive and was good with tips for places to go to in Salem when we asked. She also provided a manual for the stay that had tons of recommendations of things to do in and around the area. The home was exactly as it looked and was super duper cute, we also loved being able to come back from our time out and have a nice cozy place to stay.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Darryl’s place for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Darryl was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a fantastic communicator throughout our stay. He provided us with amazing recommendations for local sights and restaurants, which really helped make our trip special. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here! It was super easy to check in and everything was exactly as described. Barry was very communicative about anything that might’ve been an issue (just parking). If we had any questions he was very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Very comfortable unit for our family of four. Has everything we need and great location—close to great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and (most importantly) ice cream!

This is my second time staying at The Salem Porch House. Alex is an exemplary host. She is warm and friendly and that reflects in the extra touches at the house. Comfortable, clean and convenient, I highly recommend Alex’s place when staying in Salem.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Ali for a fantastic stay!
