Beautiful home in quiet area that's only a 13 minute drive to Salem. It was perfect for my Bachelorette (9 people), we each had our own bed with plenty of room to spread out. Awesome host, very responsive with all of our questions and super nice. Thanks John!!

We enjoyed staying at Karen’s! It was a super clean space which we really, really appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Super easy to check-in and check-out. Karen is also super responsive and proactive which was great! Only bump in the road was that we unfortunately had to deal with a water leak issue which was stressful but Karen did what she could to be as helpful as possible. It was fixed shortly after reporting. We appreciated that Karen coordinated maintenance so quickly in a way that was accommodating to our schedule. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Oddays place was wonderful. They have plenty of amenities for guests. It’s an older house, but a very nice older New England home. We enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation we would give is for there to be a laminated card with the wifi name and password, as we didn’t locate it until the last evening of 3 nights there. It was on the Airbnb app but not very clear about how to get the password. That’s our only suggestion as there were older folks in the home as guests and they didn’t have access to the app. Thank you for hosting your Airbnb to us! We would stay again in any future trips to that area.

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

We had a fantastic stay and loved the local neighborhood. It is super easy to walk a few minutes to the T to get into Boston. We had all adults, so it was great to have lots of space to spread out and each have our own bathroom. Bedrooms are all upstairs. Be aware that there are lots of stairs, if mobility is an issue. There is a train that runs directly behind the house. It is loudest in the basement bedroom. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we are used to noise at home, but if you are sensitive to sound, bring earplugs for sleeping. The kitchen was well-equipped and there are so many fun toys if you have little ones. The area is very safe and easy to walk to restaurants and cute little shops. Mike and Anna are great hosts and very responsive to any needs or questions. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was at hand. The neighbors were also very friendly when we were out strolling. The home is very homey and well-decorated—not like the usual cookie-cutter-style of most rentals.

We really enjiyed our stay and would recommend to anybody else.

This was our second time staying at Kuan's home. Our son attended boarding school 25 minutes away, and this was a great place for our whole family to stay during a holiday hockey tournament and graduation weekend. You genuinely feel as if you are a guest in Kuan's home. It is tidy and well-appointed, with an eclectic collection of New England and Asian furnishings. Kuan is extremely responsive, and (for example) immediately brought back-up propane tanks without having to be asked. For history buffs, the foundation for Rev. Parrish's former parsonage is just a few lots away. This was the home where Tituba and the Parrish family started what became the Salem Witch Trial hysteria (Danvers was formerly Salem Village). I would recommend highly, especially since there are few equivalent properties available in this part of Massachusetts.

We had a great stay—perfect for our quick family trip! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from a pack ’n play to extra towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials. Marybeth was wonderful to communicate with and shared some great local dining recommendations. We were very happy with our accommodations and would absolutely stay again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared — every detail made us feel so comfortable and welcome. You can truly feel the love and care the host put into the space. It felt like a warm home from the moment we arrived. We are already looking forward to coming back again. Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

My stay was comfortable and met my expectations. I’d come back the next time I’m in the area!

This was a sweet spot to land for a night. Thoughtful touches, comfortable layout, and perfect access to the waterfront. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, too! We enjoyed our brief stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful retreat near Boston!

We were delighted to stay at Vanessa’s home, which is even lovelier than the photos depict. The area and home are beautiful and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Vanessa, and she was exceptionally kind. Very highly recommend!

This was exceptional. Becky's AirBnB is absolutely STUNNING!!! I think, quite honestly, it was the most beautiful accommodation I've ever stayed in. Becky thought of EVERYTHING, from the delightful snacks and beverages, to the notebook of fabulous restaurant and activity recommendations, plus the elegant and soothing seaside decor! Some of the plusses include a cozy gas fireplace, a great gas range to cook on, and an outdoor grill! We cooked up and grilled up some fabulous feasts during our stay! But the real treasure here is Becky herself. Although she grew up in Salem, she says she inherited her mama's Southern hospitality, and it definitely shows! She is warm and joyful, and my daughters and I feel we have made fast friends with her. We truly look forward to visiting Becky again!

This place is an amazing find in a lovely area of Swampscott. Their home is situated right across the street from the water, and it’s less than a five minute walk to many area restaurants and shops. Ryan was very accommodating with a last-minute booking, he sent clear instructions so check-in was easy. His home is beautiful and very spacious - and the listing photos are an exact representation of their home. Ryan was also extremely responsive to any questions, and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for places to go. I do hope to return for another retreat stay as there were many places to walk and explore and we didn’t cover it all in our time there. This is also very close to Salem/Boston but is tucked away from busy city and everyone in the area was friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay in their home, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

What a lovely stay in such a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would love to come back soon. The location was private and beautiful and so very peaceful. We attended a wedding in town and the location was close to so many restaurants and locations for the wedding it was a lovely space to recharge in between wedding events. I can't wait to come back and explore the hiking trails. Yewona & Gabriel were wonderful hosts and the space is more beautiful than the photos.
