Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

This was the perfect location for staying overnight in a residential area with otherwise very few airbnb options, so I was lucky to find it. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. Then neighborhood was very quiet. If you need to travel through this area I recommend staying here!

Fabiano is a fantastic host! His “Petite Retreat” was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is terrific, close to shopping and great restaurants (Maggie’s Farm is SO good). His communication was prompt and helpful throughout. I hope to be back next time I’m in the area!
