Welcome to our family friendly cottage, beautifully located in a natural setting between the lakes Älften and Sandsjön. It offers proximity to swimming lakes, forest walks as well as opportunities for mushroom and blueberry picking opportunities. Experience the comfortable atmosphere with a fireplace during the winter or relax in the hammock during the summer. The cottage is small but sleeps up to 10 people, of which a maximum of 6 adults, divided into both the main cabin and the small cottage. Ideal for two families. We warmly welcome you!

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.
