It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
