a clean and super nice apartment. There was nothing missing. The sauna is perfect in the bathroom. Super short walk to the beach. Great area and a visit to restaurant La Chance a must . The underground parking is perfectly accessible. The kitchen very well equipped.

We were there with 2 couples over Pentecost... the house is just a dream. The furnishings + decor are perfectly matched. You could only feel comfortable and there was nothing missing. Questions were answered within 5 minutes. The house shone with cleanliness and the garden and green areas were also very well maintained... this place can only be recommended. Super sufficient for 4 people... especially because of the 2 bathrooms... we will be back...for us a 10 in 10...big thanks to the owners..

We were kindly received and were allowed to check in earlier in the day. The garden was a calm and relaxing oasis that was could sit and enjoy. Got a nice description on a nice walking path along the water. Something we and our dogs enjoyed.

Really great, comfortable, modern and good quality equipment. Here it should be mentioned that there is a small but new dishwasher (you don't have that in all the accommodations either). The sofa bed is also really comfortable. The location is fantastically close to the water with a great view of the Baltic Sea. Everything available in the area (Rewe, bakery, restaurants, Baltic Sea spa) and really a great place. We had our bikes with us and were able to park them in the bike shed. The car parking space is also great. We would come back - maybe then into the apartment with sauna 😉

We felt very comfortable at the place! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished and provided with many small details that made the stay particularly pleasant. Everything was really thought of – even for our 2.5-year-old daughter there were toys and an extra cot. Communication with Lea was straightforward, warm and very reliable. We would come back anytime!

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

The flat location is great, easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. It's well equipped, perfect for a weekend.

We spent a wonderful weekend in the stables with 13 people. We liked the house with its historic ambience very much. The location in the quiet, very well-kept and spacious surroundings invites you to relax and take long walks.

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jules house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very beautiful, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

Really lovely country stay right next to a beautiful country manor. Great stuff for romantics who love that Jane Austen vibe. Well decorated house that felt personal rather than hotel like. The house was large and roomy and clean. We were 11 people and it suited us comfortably. The pool was heated and had a covering for cleanliness. 10/10 would recommend.

The house was exactly as described, very neat, clean and nicely furnished. There was nothing missing. Tiny little notes: there were no curtains or blinds in the living room. The house is not really visible, but curtains would have been nice for the feeling. Convenient location. You can get to the beach very quickly and shopping and restaurants are also nearby. The contact was very straightforward and friendly and Katharina always responded very quickly. We were there with two children aged 7 and 9, for children of this age the house is great and also a lot of toys are available.

The house Villa Gold 1 was wonderfully quiet. At a few meters to the water. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The house is a pleasant size and was very clean. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view. The sauna in the garden further supported relaxation. We felt very comfortable in the house. Communication with Kai was very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend the villas on Fehmarn.

It was an amazing stay. A fully furnished, plus very stylish house. You have your peace and quiet if desired on top of that even small cozy garden. There were 2 of us and we couldn't have imagined it better. thank you to Bernd and his family for letting us spend our time there.

Everything was just so uncomplicated! Andreas was easy to reach and also made personal contact. The accommodation is charming and fully met our expectations. Maybe a little cramped for 4 people! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children aged 2 and 6. The apartment was in a perfect fit for us. Outstanding was the great view of the Baltic Sea, which we only said goodbye to with a heavy heart. The apartment is very extensive and especially equipped for children. We really didn't miss anything. And not only that: every guest got a cup of personal engraving from Bettina. And because she learned about our booking about the two birthdays of our children during our stay, she had already provided gifts for both of them. It really blew us away. Overall the apartment was very neat and clean. Bettina is also always available. Conclusion: We'll be back! Bettina: we just felt completely comfortable and at home! Thank you for letting us meet you in person! You can tell you have a big heart for kids! Thanks for everything !!!

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The hostess was incredibly helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this beautiful place near both the lake, hiking trails and a cozy little town centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Here I would love to come back.

Perfect for morning walks on the beach or when the rain surprises you. The apartment itself is modern, cosy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. A real highlight was the sauna, which provided pure relaxation after a long day in the fresh air. Everything was very clean, well equipped and the contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated. We are guaranteed to come back – you can hardly do a better holiday! 🌊🧖‍♀️☀️

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped (hairdryer, laundry rack for the balcony, many spices and kitchen utensils already available). The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as a personal message.

Very nice, well-equipped apartment in which we immediately felt comfortable. Nothing is really missing, even spontaneously baking cake was no problem, as all necessary utensils were available in the kitchen! The bicycles provided are also practical. Shopping and beach are within walking distance (5-10 min to various supermarkets, 15-20 min to the beach), as well as the train station (10-15 min), so a good location even for vacations without a car. There is also a bus stop with direct connection to Lübeck City in the immediate vicinity of the property. The hosts were very nice and easily accessible. We had a great time and would highly recommend the apartment!

This place was perfect. Great location, quiet, clean and local enough to shops and restaurants. Close to Wismar too. Had everything we needed. Great apartment and stay!
