Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The fully furnished apartment is a studio with an open living, dining and kitchen area. A TV, Wi-Fi and DVD complete the offer. The house, which is 200 m from the promenade, also has a swimming pool for residents and guests, a table tennis room, sun terraces and laundry rooms.

A highlight is the large Skyview skylight above the large bed (2 mattresses of 120 x 200 cm) for sleeping under the stars. Special apartment with first-class craftsmanship of the renovation and fixtures. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Good shopping nearby.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location, about 5 minutes' walk from Dahmer Hauptstrand/Promenade. The apartment has a large roof terrace with beach chair. We have also set up a small play area for (small) children behind the house. Dogs can be brought along, please specify when booking. Wi-Fi is of course available!
