Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Feel good in Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.

In our beautiful, cozy wooden house (150sqm) you can enjoy your vacation in the Eifel from the very first minute! It is our home and therefore very personally furnished. On the ground floor there is a large open living / kitchen area, a small bedroom and a small toilet/shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. When the weather is good, you can relax on our large wooden terrace facing south and west from morning to evening.

The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.
