Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The semi-detached house offers space for two people on about 50 sqm. Through the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the toilet is separated with a door.
