You drown in restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. In summer, the weekend is sometimes celebrated a little longer and louder.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

The apartment is fully equipped and offers up to 3 people a relaxing stay with incredible views over the Rhine Valley. Air conditioning can be used for 10 EUR per day if needed. From 2025, our municipality has decided on a "tourist tax" of EUR 1 per person per day. This needs to be paid in cash during your stay.

This unique place has a style all its own. The sea of vines of the wine route starts right by the house - the Palatinate Forest on the western outskirts. The large bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm. The small room with a futon bed 160 × 200 cm. The photos provide the best information about the furnishings.
