The central location in Hochspeyer allows you to explore the Palatinate Forest but also visit the "Wein-Pfalz" [Pfalz wine region]. The apartment offers 80 square meters of space for 2 to 3 people. Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest.
