Perfekt aufgeteilt mit super Lage

The apartment was well equipped, modern and only 15 minutes walking distance to the old townhall. Iveta was very nice and her Check-in Videos were very helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Квартира дуже простора і чиста, зручне ліжко і двоспальний диван, було дуже тепло , на кухні є все , що потрібно для приготування. Розташована центрально, пішки близько абсолютно до всьго (всі туристичні пам,ятки, театри, вокзали) поряд трамвайна зупинка, супермаркет лідл, в дворі будинку ресторани. Хоч розташована в центрі, але було дуже тихо, чудовий вид з великих вікон. Привітний господар, легка комунікація. Дуже рекомендую

Tento pobyt byl opravdu výjimečný. Klidné a příjemné prostředí k relaxaci, spousty míst k výletům s i možností výpůjční kol. Co se týče přímo ubytování,.. nemám co bych vytknul, koupací sud, sauna, možnost grilování - super! Projektor na příjemně strávené večery, ideální pro romantický a záživný pobyt. Určitě se rádi vrátíme a prožijeme si zde stejnou pohodu jako teď.

A very nice and central location! Alis was super attentive and friendly. It's a quiet area and close to everything, by train, tram, and walking. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Katarina was incredibly helpful and responsive, making communication easy from start to finish. The location is also great for exploring Český ráj. Highly recommended!

Ubytování jsme využili na rozlučku se svobodou a byli jsme spokojení. Klidné místo s dobrým zázemím a stodolou, kde se dá využít velké plátno. Bohužel nás v noci před odjezdem zastihla silná bouřka, která vyhodila elektřinu, která se už nenahodila, ale šlo o mimořádnou událost, za kterou hostitel nemůže.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Dame Vorort hat uns super geholfen und alles erklärt. Würden es immer weiter empfehlen. Zur Info: Die obere Etage ist für große Menschen nicht geeignet da die Zimmer unterm Dach sind und alles schräg.

Comunicazione perfetto, già prima di arrivare Roman mi aveva fornito tutte le indicazioni da me richieste. Le sue risposte etano chiare, mi ha anche dato tanti consigli. Lo studio è fornito di tutti gli elettronici, macchina drl caffetteria con capsule e tutti gli utensili. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani è tutto a disposizione. Posizione perfetta, circondata da market e locali. L'unico difetto riscontrato sono i cuscini davvero troppo alti, ma è una sciocchezza a confronto del servizio e della pulizia. Spero di poter tornare a Praga presto e mi piacerebbe soggiornare nuovamente quì. Voto 10!

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, splnilo naše očekávání. Předání klíču proběhlo bez komplikací, podle času, který nám vyhovoval. Komunikace s hostitelem byla bez obtíží. Rádi se na toto místo vrátíme.

Miły pobyt w mieszkaniu w spokojnym miasteczku. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne i wszyscy się dobrze wyspali. Bardzo kontaktowy gospodarz, szybka akceptacja rezerwacji. Renata odpowiada na wszystkie pytania i jest bardzo pomocna. Świetna baza wypadowa.

Die Wohnung war toll, super Betten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist und sie ist sehr zentral. Einzig das Haus ist in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Handwerker haben uns am zweiten Tag das Wasser ohne Ankündigung abgestellt und es gab Baulärm, auch an Karfreitag. Nachdem ich dem Handwerker Bescheid gegeben hatte, hatten wir auch wieder Wasser. Jan hat uns nette Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben und es gab ein paar kleine Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgruß. Etwas sparsam fand ich die Handtuchgarnitur, aber für uns nicht wirklich ein Manko. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen! Prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Tomas was great host, it was easy to communicate with him and even though we did not have chance to meet each other, he was always available for help. Place is the same as described and quite close to local ZOO. I CY can fully recommend this place.
