Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car Cala Moraig beach), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the town of Moraira.

The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 extra beds — ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. The garden with seating areas, terrace and private swimming pool offers plenty of tranquility. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

We've tried to respect its essence and Mediterranean charm as much as possible and add a modern touch.
