Holiday rentals with beach access in Cumbre del Sol

Amazing views from the balcony made the spot perfect for a relaxing morning and afternoon in the sun ☀️. While the location is roadside (back of apartment where bedrooms are) there is little noise from it to disturb you and the benefits of being high up on the top floor with far reaching views far outweigh any negatives. Walkable a few mins in both directions east and west are great restaurants and bars. Very relaxing beachside location and Moraira had all amenities you could need.

We can't wait to return! Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment!

What a nice and modern apartment, with great views! The apartment was very clean and the communication with the manager went smoothly. Javea is a hugely beautiful place with a nice beach 5 minutes' walk away. All the necessities were there and we enjoyed the coffee. We will definitely come back here again!!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. The house was very clean, extensive and lovingly furnished. The fantastic view is absolutely amazing!!! We loved to admire the sunrise over the sea every morning at breakfast. Roland is very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him at any time and he even supported us with bookings for activities! Thank you for the great time and we look forward to coming back next year ☺️

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice accommodation where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

We had a perfect weekend, the house is wonderful, incredible views and direct access to the sea. Teresa made everything very easy and comfortable for us, she was very attentive.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Nice and clean accommodation. The presence of coffee and sweets made my first morning a party What was also very nice was that the tap had drinking water and the bathroom had a hair dryer

The apartment was located in the center, yet quiet. What I also loved was the decoration, nicely decorated and the kitchen had a lot of material compared to other vacation rentals. Everything was provided of towels, soap, etc. Thanks for everything!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Franks apartment is decorated to a very high spec. It has all the amenities one needs. It is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. There are a lot of great eateries within a 2 min walk. This is one of the bests rentals I have stayed at. They even left me snacks and wine! Nothing negative to say!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
