Perfect apartment as described. Nothing is missing. Great location to stay quiet and move from 15 to 30 minutes to neighboring towns with the sea and beautiful coves. Possibility of routes from an hour to more for trekking enthusiasts. Even in November, countries offer their services to tourism . Fabulous places We'll be back

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was impeccable and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It is a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna has been available at all times, has been very kind to us and has given us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, friendly people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in good time that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to anyone with Valentina as a host. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is strategic and very well connected, making it easy to explore Jávea where there’s so much to do. The place looks exactly like in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us a late checkout since no other guests were arriving that day, which was a really nice touch. We’re sure we’ll be coming back to this place in the future! Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. The house was very clean, extensive and lovingly furnished. The fantastic view is absolutely amazing!!! We loved to admire the sunrise over the sea every morning at breakfast. Roland is very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him at any time and he even supported us with bookings for activities! Thank you for the great time and we look forward to coming back next year ☺️

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed, Carmen was very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well located. It's a favorite for us. Thank you Carmen for this fabulous Airbnb.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
