Ramazan was very welcoming, helpful, friendly apartment host! It was very nice to communicate with Ramazan. This is a home - an apartment, but it feels like you live in a house. The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, cozy. Our children did not want to leave this house, they very much liked it there. There is a dishwasher. This apartment is suitable for those who like to live near nature, away from the hustle of the city. A family of Cabans lives with a house. They are peace-loving and afraid of people. There is a charming beach in 15 minutes, with good restaurants. In the evening, especially romantic setting on the beach.

We were comfortable as if we were in our own home, and she quickly provided the hosts when we needed something. Everything was very nice, the air conditioning in the room we stayed was leaking water, I think the room is an instant problem, if it is fixed, there will be no other problem. Thank you.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. It was a beautiful experience that we had a very enjoyable time. The house was exactly the same as in the photos, cleanliness was taken care of, and everything that could be needed in the kitchen was available. The market was within walking distance, and the restaurant and beaches were very close by car. It is very suitable for those who want to spend a holiday in a calm and peaceful village. When we first went, fresh tomatoes and roses were on the table for us, thank you for your nice behavior.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

The view of the house is so much nicer than the photos. It's very clean and the location provides all the conveniences. There is a large parking lot directly across from the house. Berkan and his family were very helpful to us. We had a very nice holiday, thank you for everything. When we come to Kaş, our place to stay is now clear. You can choose with peace of mind.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Kalkan, close to the city center, where you can have a nice holiday with your family. The pool of the house is clean and all the air conditioning, etc. that you may need for the person staying in the house was available and in working condition. The host Mr. Ahmet and his family are extremely caring, sensitive and kind people. We said goodbye to see each other again, not knowing how time had passed.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
