This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

A modern 6 bedroom villa which has recently been completed. The villa has wonderful sea views, a large sun terrace for lounging and dining and also it's own sea access. The villa's interior is sleek and modern. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite shower room. There are two bedrooms in each wing, the master suite is in the centre and a fifth bedroom on the ground floor. There is an inside dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Villa Rumi is a two-storey villa located on the Kaş Çukurbağ Peninsula with a capacity of 6 people. It is only 100 meters from the sea and has its own private sea platform. The pool is shared with three villas and is located in front of Villa Rumi. Our villa is 5 km from Kaş city center. An unforgettable holiday awaits you with the unique nature and scenery of the Çukurbağ Peninsula, with a shared infinity pool and private sea access used by only two villas.

Our detached house with sea view has a large garden. We have complete kitchen equipment, jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue area and parking. Our house is 5 km away from the center, 1 km from the beach, and 500 meters from the market and restaurant. Our house was built in 2024. All the furniture in our house is new. You will witness the sounds of birds accompanying you while watching the sea from your bed and jacuzzi or reading your book in the hammock.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Villa Moonshine is a luxurious holiday villa in Kalkan. With 4 bedrooms, it sleeps 9 people and is ideal for families and groups. The modern, luxurious construction and the view over the picturesque bay of Kalamar and the mountain panorama give Villa Moonshine a unique character. A large pool is exclusively for the use of the guests. The beach is only 900 m away, the center of Kalkan is a few minutes' walk away.

The pool is heated and the extra heating fee is 250 euros per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in
