The villa is absolutely beautiful. Sena was an amazing host - she speaks English very well, so it was really easy to communicate with her and we were able to ask her for all of the necessary details. She prepared a presentation for us that included all the best restaurants in the area (definitely check out Vati Ocakbasi Restaurant and Zaika Ocakbasi Restaurant) and the most popular beaches. As for the era, it is really peaceful, you have s store nearby (2-3 min away by car), that is quite fully stocked; for the restaurant, you have to go down to the city of Kas (about 15 min car) - the town is quite picturesque and lively in the evening, the not so great experience tho is trying to find a parking space. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay at Villa Elit, and we would definitely come back!

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Amazing place, matched the photos, private location, we had a rental car and were able to drive to local places for food…there is also a supermarket a few minutes away which is convenient. The place itself was amazing with scenic views and an amazing private pool and garden area. Sedat the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, I would highly recommend if you are staying around Saribelen area which is close to Kas and other worth visiting areas. I stayed with my wife and would stay again if I visited in the near future. Thanks :)

We spent 5 days, a place we would recommend to everyone. You feel at home. The house has everything you could think of. Mr. Emre was helpful in everything. The perfect place to rest your head.

The house is very clean, the apartment has all the amenities , a good aura, the view from the terrace is really just chic exactly as pictured. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Kalkan, close to the city center, where you can have a nice holiday with your family. The pool of the house is clean and all the air conditioning, etc. that you may need for the person staying in the house was available and in working condition. The host Mr. Ahmet and his family are extremely caring, sensitive and kind people. We said goodbye to see each other again, not knowing how time had passed.

We had our second stay four years apart. As usual, Mr. Necdet was kind and helpful. The house is the same as in the pictures. No problem in terms of privacy. Very close to the center of Kaş. It offers both a quiet evening and a lively night with its proximity to the center of Kaş.

We had an amazing stay at Ioannis's place. He is a fantastic host, and the house was wonderful, very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location close to the ferry arrival/ departure point. The sea view from the house was stunning, and Ioannis always made us feel special and at home. I would definitely stay at Ioannis's place again and strongly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kastellorizo. Thanks again Ioannis for the amazing experience!

It was really great to stay at Selma's house. She welcomed us with her smiling face, kindness and sincere hospitality. The house was spotless, everything was thought out to the finest detail. Its location was very central, in a very good spot for those who want to visit Kaşı. In addition, we felt at home with the treats and pleasant conversation. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest in us. The villa impressed us very much from the moment we first entered. All the items were new, the house was modernly designed. The smell of cleanliness caught our attention when we walked in. Particular attention to cleanliness is seen. The location of the villa is great, you are in Kaş Square within 5 minutes by car. There is a grocery store near the villa, where you can meet all your needs, etc. Setur is 2 minutes away from Marina. The villa was so enjoyable that we spent a full day of our holiday just staying in the villa. Whenever we asked our questions, Mr. Mehmet responded instantly and was helpful. You can fully trust Mr. Mehmet and the comfort of the villa. Our address will not change on our next Kaş adventure.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz, Mr. Şükrü and his wife for their interest, they helped us with everything and hosted us very warmly. The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The cleanliness was impeccable. We felt like we were in our own home. It was bright. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave:) There is a pool both inside the house and in the garden. We spent most of our day in the garden and pool. If you want to leave the pool and enjoy the hot tub, it is also available :) We don't usually stay at home in the places we go; we explore the surroundings and nearby places. We didn't go exploring much this time because we didn't want to leave the house. The furniture, white goods, kitchen utensils, garden furniture, bed duvet were all clean, new and of good quality. There were enough closet drawers. Every detail has been considered such as a barbecue in the garden, a shower where you can bathe when you leave the pool, a small faucet, lighting, etc. There is parking and the door can be opened by remote control or phone. You can easily get in and out comfortably. Everything was very nice.

Very nice house, beautiful pool, perfect host, everything was really nice. Mr. Tanju was very caring and very friendly and took care of us every day. The house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean , all the appliances in the kitchen were complete. It is a quiet place 5 and 10 minutes by car to the center of Kas. We had a very nice holiday.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

It is a great place, you can comfortably spend your holiday with your spouse, friend or family in a quiet and clean location. It would be great to stay here for 2-3 days.

We’ve had a lovely stay in Z House. It’s in the perfect location as you can walk down to the beach but also be in the midst of the old town in seconds. We loved it all and would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place. Lovely serene surroundings. Supermarket within walking distance. A lovely family restaurant 2 mins across the road with mountain views. Kalkan is a 10 mins drive with a marina and town with cafes and restaurants. If you want rest and relaxation this is the place to go.
