Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Kaşta Honeymoon Villa with a Unique Sea View

A modern building among olive trees. It has a wonderful view where you can see the deep blue sea when you wake up. Don't miss this moment. It is 1.5 km from the sea. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa has a 20% slope. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool.

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
