Holiday rentals with lake access in Kaş

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest in us. The villa impressed us very much from the moment we first entered. All the items were new, the house was modernly designed. The smell of cleanliness caught our attention when we walked in. Particular attention to cleanliness is seen. The location of the villa is great, you are in Kaş Square within 5 minutes by car. There is a grocery store near the villa, where you can meet all your needs, etc. Setur is 2 minutes away from Marina. The villa was so enjoyable that we spent a full day of our holiday just staying in the villa. Whenever we asked our questions, Mr. Mehmet responded instantly and was helpful. You can fully trust Mr. Mehmet and the comfort of the villa. Our address will not change on our next Kaş adventure.

We traveled with my wife and 2 other children from Istanbul to attend the vow ceremony of my son who served as a military service. We made a 3-day holiday plan for ourselves because our transformation would be difficult. We met Hüseyin and his family through Airbnb. The beautiful people of my beautiful yurt really. The amenities in the villa were very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool ,jacuzzi ,barbecue were pleasant. We spent 3 days surrounded by peaceful nature. Mrs. Şükran's son, Mr. Ali, greeted us with a smile at the first entrance. He shared all the necessary information in full and responded quickly and kindly to every question we asked during the holiday. We had planned a surprise holiday for our family and were looking for an environment where they could be comfortable and where privacy was prioritized. We literally found it here. Everything was thought out down to the last detail. We stayed during Eid al-Adha and they served us sacrificial meat, baklava and pastries. While they were serving us, we felt a family warmth as if we were in our own home. The house was spotless and there was nothing missing that we could say, "I wish there was this too". Everything was very well thought out and prepared. The size of the pool was sufficient and the view was really peaceful. Although we only had a short 4-day holiday, it was very good for us. It's a great place to have a good time with family and friends. The location of the house is also very central and very close to everywhere. Thank you again for everything

We were completely satisfied with the apartment! All appliances worked perfectly, the air conditioning always ensured pleasant temperatures and the cleanliness was exemplary. Our requests were met without exception and the host was always willing to help us with any questions or concerns. Overall, the stay was just perfect – we can highly recommend it!

Sadik was a very welcoming and helpful host that went above and beyond to provide a place that felt like home. He and his family clearly care a lot about their guests. The place has a soul, is beautifully decorated including all the necessities. The location is peacful but with easy access to Kas by car. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kas.

The place we stayed was as in the pictures and clean. All the features written in the description were working. The pool was cleaned before we arrived, it was clean inside. A beautifully furnished home in nature. It was immaculately clean. The host, Mr. Serkan, his own house is right next door and can be responded to in case of need. The bread and fruits offered by his wife were a very nice gesture. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you both for that.

Great place in a word

We had a lovely stay at green hill! Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and incredibly close to the beach. Our host was also very kind and let us stay by the pool long after checkout while we waited for our bus. Highly recommend ☺️

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flower surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

There was everything a house should have, we had a nice holiday as a family, and it was nice in terms of location, and it was close to the markets. We recommend it to those who want to come.
