Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cukurbag Yarimadasi

Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We had a fantastic stay in Kalkan, Ali's place is stunning. We had big plans to go exploring but the space was so beautiful we ended up relaxing there instead.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

We liked the house, it is beautiful, authentic, there are many bright details of pleasant eyes. There are air conditioning in the bedrooms, which saved a lot of time in the heat, as well as air conditioning in the living room, where we also spent a lot of time, the appliances that were used were working (washing machine, kettle, etc.), but upon arrival there was a smell of antiquity, which weathered overnight. Only one normally functioning shower, there were four of us, so we did not have to wait for a long time. There is an observation deck nearby, literally a 30 minute walk. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountain and the city. It is necessary to take into account the fact that it is difficult to get to it from the city without a car and when they ordered food to the house, all couriers could not find it immediately, so be prepared that you will have to communicate with them, and not always in English. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. In general, it's a pleasant feeling like a childhood that I came to visit my grandmother in the village. Thanks for the hospitality!

A lovely villa exactly what how it was described. In a private location, good sized rooms. Excellent communal area facing the pool. Each bedroom was well equipped with very effective AC which was vital to cope with the heat. During our stay temp rose to 38•C. However the key highlight of villa was the deep pool. Me and my family spent most of our day in the pool cooling off. No real problems any small niggles were immediately remediated. Well done to Hilary and her team. I would highly re recommend!

We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This apartment is nothing short of sensational value for money. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The views are stunning, the apartment feels private somehow even though there are a couple of others nearby. The pool offered plenty of fun for the kids. The apartment was very spacious in all areas (except the kitchenette which was slightly small but we managed) and very clean. Excellent hot water pressure! The balcony with views of the Mediterranean really made this place, plus the quietness. It’s only a small 5 minute drive to the heart of Kas which was exactly what we wanted, close enough for exploring but a few minutes out of the busyness. Highly recommend this place and it’s lovely host Şahin :)

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

We had a great time in the villa. Everything was impeccable. Everything was nearby by car, easy to access. The hosts were warm and available. The hygiene is impeccable, I have no complaints. Thank you so much for these few days we spent. Everything about it is excellent 🤩

We spent almost a week at this villa. The whole village is very quiet and very welcoming. We really felt at home during our stay, and the family welcoming us was very helpful, and friendly. This is the perfect place if you want to have a quiet time, and also want to enjoy some nice beaches nerby. The house is very clean, spacios and matching the descrisptions. I would recommand it for everybody! 🧡

Our host was really friendly and helpful with very good English. Lovely villa with lots of outdoor space that catches the sun and also plenty shade: we had a great family time.

Sezgin was a fantastic host, he was approachable and I was able to ask him for assistance or recommendations and he responded fast with assistance. The Villa was exactly how it was advertised and we were very happy with our choice. KalKan was only a short 10/15 minute drive with restaurants and fantastic and pristine beach. We will definitely be back.

Fatma and her husband were wonderfully welcoming. It was a last minute decision to visit the region during our trip and they went out of their way to accomodate us. The property was immaculate with everything you would expect to find. The beds were comfortable, there was more than enough hot water for all four of us to shower. The location. and views were breathtaking, it is evident a huge amount of effort has been put into the villa and the apartment. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. We hired a car as we were exploring and there was enough parking next to the property. I absolutely recommend Fatma's properties. Thankyou for being so welcoming, it makes a huge difference when traveling abroad to new places. Should we return to Turkey, Fatma and her husband will be our first choice.
