Si nous repassons dans le coin, je prioriserais ce studio et ses gérants vs à un hôtel, par l'accueil, la gentillesse et la discrétion L'endroit, le pti dej , etc.. tout y est bien Je pense que pendant les vendanges ça doit valoir le coup, avec le muscadet très frais Merci à vous

Des hôtes aimables et disponibles. De beaux volumes joliment décorés. Une cuisine parfaitement équipée et une salle de douche magnifique ressemblant aux termes Romains et cersie sur le gâteau : une belle et vrai cave à vin dont l'accès est des plus originaux ...Nous y avons passé de très bons moments !!

Nous sommes venus visiter le parc du Puy du fou et nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans l'appartement de Thomas qui est vraiment trés propre et fonctionnel . A louer les yeux fermés. Merci pour ce séjour .

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Appartement propre et bien décoré. Bien situé par rapport au Puy du fou. Convient parfaitement pour un court séjour. Léger bémol avec aucune fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur et la circulation dans le quartier un peu dangereuse avec des rodéos urbains. Dans l’appartement on se sent quand-même très bien. Conciergerie réactive et au service.

L'appartement est neuf, état impeccable. Bien que n'ayant rien utilisé pour un court séjour, il était bien équipé et adapté à un séjour plus long. Entrée par codes très souple. L'appartement est proche du centre et de la gare avec un vaste parc très plaisant face à l'immeuble. La circulation modérée est quasi inexistante la nuit, les huisseries isolent correctement du bruit extérieur.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Appartement très bien situé, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal à Montaigu, à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants. Parfait pour visiter la région : à seulement 30 minutes du Puy du Fou, 40 minutes de Nantes, et proche du littoral vendéen. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement.

Le logement est bien équipé , facile d'accès. Les transports en commun sont relativement proches 500 m environ. 2 boulangeries à proximité 30m pour une et 100m pour l'autre. Les instructions sont claires. Importance d'avoir un parking fermé. Je recommande ce logement.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
