Located on the edge of the Sèvre Nantaise in the town of Cugand (85), the Ile aux Iris gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a charming village, you will be quiet in the heart of a green setting. Guests can take advantage of the river and its pleasures. Walking or cycling, canoeing, fishing, swimming, discovering the environment, everything is there to change your scenery and recharge your batteries. Lunches by the water, grilled meats can be on the agenda for your stay.

Les deux entrées du studio (côté rue et côté cour) sont indépendantes de la maison principale. Stationnement gratuit et facile dans la rue. Le site du Hellfest et le Hellcity sont accessibles à pied. Arrivées et départs autonomes et flexibles dans la mesure du possible.

The Gîte du Jardin Noisette is located in a village on the edge of the Sèvre Nantaise in the municipality of Cugand (85), and a short drive to Clisson (44). Guests can enjoy a quiet and green environment, while being close to amenities. The Gîte du Jardin Noisette forms an annex to our house with an independent entrance and can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Located on the banks of the Sèvre in a charming setting, you are 2 km from the pretty town of Clisson and the site of Hellfest. You reach Nantes in 30 minutes, Puy du Fou in 40 minutes and the ocean in just over an hour. Canoe base at 800m. Great stop to enjoy the area! Towels and towels are provided but towels are not provided.

Pleasant 32 m2 rental with terrace, adjoining our house, with kitchenette/shower room/toilet. Pool to share with us, we are very respectful of the privacy of our guests. On foot, 15 minutes from the first bakery (3 minutes by car), 25 minutes from Super U by nice roads (8 minutes by car).
