The apartment is new and we received it spotless. Its location allowed us to enjoy a quiet vacation, close to the city's main attractions. Alexandra's attention was extraordinary, it always provided us with flexibility in the check-in/checkout process. Surely it is a place I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment while visiting this beautiful city!!

Pics really don't do justice. This place is awesome and Rocio is a friendly and accommodating host. Bonus points for the fresh flowers, live plants, washer and dryer, hot water, hardwood floors, and spacious kitchen. We loved the fireplace. It was nice to relax by the fire on chilly nights in the Andes. JUSY STAY HERE!

The place is very nice and beautiful but there is no firewood for the fireplace. The delivery was a real headache, we had to wait more than 2 hours for the orders to be delivered, in addition to the prices that are an abuse (above 20 dollars for each delivery) the delivery cost more than what was ordered. I recommend bringing food and everything you need so you don't need delivery.

I can't say enough good things about this place -- a terrific location, right by the Tomebamba River and a short stroll to the historic city center. My hosts were fabulous -- always incredibly responsive and helpful. If your travels bring you to Cuenca, this is a first-class, 5-star option!!!!

The place is quiet and just like the photos

Beautiful apartment, I went with my husband, my two children and my two pets. The place is safe, quiet, everything was tidy. Don Cristóbal, very concerned that everything is fine, very attentive and respectful. I'll stay there again when I return to Cuenca.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos of the ad, Marco kept in touch with me, gave us clear instructions on how to get there and it is totally private. He was kind enough to help us check in a few hours earlier than indicated in the app. The area is quiet, very safe, close to shops, pharmacies and a JEP ATM, clean place, a little cramped bathroom but with the essentials, it has hot water and clean towels, we just needed some extra soaps, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, it has a closet. We had an internet outage for about 2 hours, but in general it flowed well, Marco was kind and ready for anything new, considering that he was not in the city. Their responses were positive and they were ready to provide good service. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer. The small balcony is nice with its ornamental plants. I recommend it!

Excellent place, clean and tidy, the shower could be improved because if the tap is opened too much it can flood, but otherwise everything was excellent, 10/10, 100% recommended.

My family is delighted with the place, they have a welcome gift, the modern facilities and everything is very clean, my daughter asked me to return every time we visit Cuenca :)
