The apartment is super neat, clean and very comfortable beds, pillows and linens. The living room has a nice TV with movies, the furniture is comfortable. And it was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. We would definitely return one day.

We felt very comfortable with our stay. The apartment was clean, as described and also has a good location (near the Center). As a recommendation, I would prefer to self-check-in. Despite having a smart lock, it was necessary for a person to greet us to give us the key to the garage and the building. Monica was the person who received us, and we tried to tell you an approximate time of arrival, however, that time we could not comply with it due to inconvenience on the way to Cuenca. This caused Mónica to have to wait longer, having a hurry for other clients. With everything else, there were no inconveniences.

Excellent option, we felt very good, we were 3 adults and 3 children and we were super comfortable, it is very central, with a good location, very clean, spacious, the host always attentive to everything, highly recommended !

I traveled with my family and the apartment was very comfortable for me. Getting to the site is easy with the help of maps. The building reception staff help and explain how the accesses work. Very comfortable beds as well as the lounge chair to watch TV. It has 2 full bathrooms. Near the building there are shops and bakery for shopping of the day. In short, very comfortable, clean and cozy.

Very nice place, with clear instructions however they do not let guests in even if it is not for a party or is just to wait a couple of hours so it is important to keep this in mind if you are traveling with friends. They take time to respond but in scencia you have all the info in hand. The place is very nice, clean, recommended.
