Yani's apartment is perfect for exploring the city. The location is great, from there you are very close to all the important things. It can't be more central. In addition, you have a parking space available, which we appreciated very much. From the apartment, you also have a wonderful view of the city. All in all, Yani is a great host, she communicates very well, responds very quickly and is super friendly! The apartment is sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment for 4 people which is very fully equipped. It also has a free private parking right at the apartment. Within walking distance is the Parque Calderon, and also Calle Larga. Shops and restaurants can be found in the same street as in the area. The owner, Ricio, is very friendly and helpful. In short:: I can recommend this apartment to everyone and if I go to Cuenca again I will also be happy to go here again.
