The place is in perfect condition, easy to get to and offers all the amenities they detail, you don't need to go by car because the tram passes below the apartment. Super relaxed place, except for some pigeons that we didn't know where they were, there were no noises or annoyances, the apartment gives you all the amenities it describes and they also help you with a reliable taxi. In short, a better stay than expected. I would stay again without a problem.

Everything was great, the place was the same as the photos. Everything was excellent. I give it a 10/10 my only problem. The only problem was the access by vehicle a little complicated although the host helped us in everything

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

a very quiet place perfect to rest. very clean, a little far from downtown But by taxi you arrive very fast and easy to take. Mr. Leonardo is very attentive and the arrival is flexible, and the instructions are clear, the beds are comfortable. Recommended

My stay was very short, but Gisselle as a co-host was very kind and always attentive to communicate with me. The lodging is very close to the airport, which makes it easy to arrive at the airport; but therefore there is noise from the arriving airplanes. For the rest, everything is very clean, it's very nice and as shown in the photographs. Thank you!

We were family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very well equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is great for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the clean air, but it's also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and always ready for any questions . We would actually come back a thousand times more . Highly recommended!

A cozy place for large groups of 5-6 people Secure garage in the urbanization

A magical place just outside Cuenca. Jhon was there for us the whole time. I recommend this place if you want a place in the middle of nature.

The house is very well maintained and is very cozy, the hosts are incredible in response, friendly and cordial. I loved it! There are several parks nearby, and Cuenca is beautiful. You can take spectacular photos of the city from 3 blocks away.

the apartment was exactly as listed. pristine and all amenities mentioned. its walkable and most attractions are within a 15 min walk (some uphill and steps involved) but dont fret. most cab rides from this location are $2.50 dollars at most. very well located. amazing and responsive host. Definitely recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

A few handoffs in communication as we moved in, but the place worked and we got help with the things we needed help with. The main bed is very hard, so we switched mattresses with the other bed.
