An excellent and wonderful place to be with your family I felt right at home! I had the best experience and the people in charge are super friendly

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

I had a very pleasant vacation, 🇪🇨🏡✨the house is as shown in the photos, clean cozy and in a good location close to everything, I was looking for safety rest and a pleasant stay, that's why I give her 10/10, Maria Augusta is a very kind host always available and very committed to her work, she was very good at resolving any doubt I had... I hope to return and definitely would be in this same house... we stayed 10 and there was still space and comfort... you feel at home.

Amazing place for share with friends and family so quiet and peaceful

The apartment is very comfortable, with a good distribution of spaces and has all the inputs for a short or long stay. It is located in a very quiet area facing the river, about 15 minutes from the historic center by car. We had a very pleasant experience, good treatment and attention. We recommend this space for large groups.

We were family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very well equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is great for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the clean air, but it's also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and always ready for any questions . We would actually come back a thousand times more . Highly recommended!

The place was very nice, just like in the pictures. Suitable for relaxing and sharing with family and friends. They must bring mosquito repellant, since due to the characteristics of the area, these abound at night. 100% recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.

I leave very happy with my stay in Cuenca, very nice everything, super complete and equipped , my family and I had a great time, especially my baby I really enjoy the trip, we hope to return soon👍🏻
