Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

65 sqm penthouse, recently renovated by us, with a large terrace of about 100 sqm equipped with a shower, a barbecue is available for guests. 15 minutes from the airport, public services and pharmacy are 250 meters away, supermarket 30 meters away (open every day); the various bars, restaurants, are located in the main avenue of the village reachable in 2 minutes walking. Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Also check out "APARTAMENTO FANTÁSTICO 2" !!! Very comfortable, quick journeys. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Casa Amma, a Villa de Agüimes.

A newly restored 17th century Canarian house in the historic center of the Villa de Agüimes. A very quiet, charming and traditional area. Surrounded by all the services, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful town. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Cooking Bathroom A semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower, and relaxation area. All on one floor, no stairs. The car goes up to the door of the house. Close to the beach, airport, and mall.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
