The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Your birthday, wedding, company event, or artistic meetup is welcome here! The location is directly on the river Mulde with ample parking and tenting space around the house. It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

Dům s kapacitou 18 lůžek se nachází v krásné krajině Krušných Hor. V celé vile je WiFi připojení .V přízemí domu se nachází vybavená kuchyňská linka, jídelna a velká sedací souprava s TV. V prvním patře jsou dva čtyřlůžkové pokoje, ve druhém patře dva třílůžkové pokoje a ve třetím patře útulný podkrovní pokoj pro čtyři osoby. Jsou zde dvě koupelny s 3 masážními kouty. V ceně nejsou ručníky, pouze povlečení.
