Freistehendes massives Ferienhaus im ruhig gelegenem Grundstück mit freiem Blick in die Natur. Von hier aus können Sie ihre Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. Im Winter befinden sich gespurte Loipen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Nachbarort Eibenstock befindet sich die Skiarena Wurzelrudi. Dort gibt es einen Skiverleih und Skischule. Der kühle Stausee mitten im Wald ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Hunde sind willkommen und können sich auf dem großen Grundstück richtig austoben.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.
