Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

The best things come in small packages.....our cosy annex is part of our home, but is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance. "The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

The Annex is attached to our home and has its own private entrance and shared back garden. There is a separate shower and toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge ,2 plate induction hob and a combination microwave . It is situated with in a mile from Horsham main train station. Gatwick airport is 20 min train ride .London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train. Horsham is a picturesque town with lots to do. It has a farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants.
