The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Uninterrupted sea views

Hillcrest is situated in the very front row of properties on Tregonhawke Cliff, giving spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Whitsand Bay panorama and a real sense of seclusion from the outside world. There is electric heating throughout and also a log burner for those days when you want to sit back and watch the storms roll in off the Atlantic. The property’s secluded location means it is only accessible via footpaths down the cliff with uneven sections. Sturdy footwear is required.

The Carriage Room

The Carriage Room is a self-contained studio attached to a Victorian coach house (Highfield House) with its own separate entrance. EV charger available. Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.

Crafthole is just a 10 minute walk from Portwrinkle beach and access to the southwest coastal path, passing through the beautiful Whitsand Bay golf course. Once by the beach, there is a cafe and a golf club serving refreshments all day. One side of the beach is dog friendly. A brilliant pub called the Finnygook. There’s a small parking space outside the property, with enough room to pull in to unload. Plenty of on road parking in the village. Secure garden. Great WiFi, 3 smart TV

The studio is situated on the Rame Peninsula, and is a base from which to explore "Cornwall's forgotten Corner". It is just a 5 minute drive from Whitsand Bay & Portwrinkle Beach, with it's access to the SW Coast Path and a golf course. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.
