Best experiance ever for an Airbnb!!! 5 stars is not enough. i am already making plans to come back again. The property is beautiful, the inside is perfection, and felt like a retreat the moment we stepped out of the car. we felt spoiled and enjoyed every moment we were there. the only downside was having to leave. the bar is now set so high for anywhere else we go its going to be almost impossible to match this stay. I will be back again soon for sure...

We stayed for a week and loved it! The river was in walking distance and the downtown area was beautiful (we visited the soda shop multiple times). The space itself was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the duckies in the pond were one of our favorite things. Additionally, any time we had issues the host responded almost instantly. We thoroughly enjoyed our nice, quiet stay.

Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had staying at Rivers Retreat. It truly is a magical place right next to the Washougal River where you are surrounded by nature and can hear the peaceful river below. The hosts are more than helpful and we were grateful for their recommendations. We enjoyed watching the bald eagles and relaxing by the bonfire. The indoor space was very well kept and full of amenities. We will definitely return for another stay if ever in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Sygarry’s place. The private bedroom and bathroom provided the perfect level of comfort and privacy. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to downtown/PSU and had easy access to transportation options like buses, street cars, and the Max. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Portland!

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

This two bed, one bath ADU is lovely. The private deck looks out on the water. There is a shared pier with chairs. We sat there and watched the Bald Eagles. The place is very quiet and private. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would return to this place in a heartbeat!

My youngest son and I had a great weekend getaway. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed board games, throwing rocks in the lake, and soaking in the hot tub. It had everything we needed!

This place is an absolute gem. The inside is newly remodeled/redecorated and it is so cute. We especially loved the functional record player which also could pair with our phone to play music from spotify. I can't stress how perfect this location is. You are just a quick trip downstairs to the brewery with lots of delicious food and beverages. We stayed here for two nights with our 5mo baby- one of the nights we stayed was trivia night in the brewery and let me tell you our baby slept great upstairs we couldn't hear any sound coming from below. Just a few steps away from the columbia river and St. Helens downtown shops make it the perfect place. Christine is a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating and thoughtful- we loved the personal note she left to welcome us. Next time we stay in St. Helens we will defiantly stay here!

This home is one of my top places I have stayed in on Airbnb. I walked into that home and out to the back door absolutely breathtaking views. This home is 3 adventures in one. 1st the deck BBQ, fire pit and Hot tub(wood is provided). 2nd the yard below the home, has a huge open grass area with a big fire pit, close to the river. 3rd the river great spot for chairs and family private. Very lucky it was hot outside, we got to go swimming 3 times. The house was super clean 5 stars. This home had all the things and more needed to cook in the kitchen mama was stocked up. Book this home and enjoy being unplugged from the world, I flet like I was at grown up camp. Thank you for the treats and birthday candle 🕯 💕

The location was great, it was nice to unwind after a long day of work. Even though we were there on business, we didn't mind the house not having much service. It was nice to disconnect. Would be glad to stay again!

We were visiting family in the Portland area and this home in Vancouver was conveniently located to travel quickly back and forth. I appreciated having the driveway for parking and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved having morning coffee outside by the pond! The home was comfortable and worked well for our needs.

This was the perfect location for our stay during our son’s wedding weekend at Horning’s Hideout. We hosted a family brunch and the house was the perfect setting with everything we needed and more. Our guests loved the setting and felt right at home. We are grateful for our time at the house in North Plains and would not hesitate to visit again.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The space was more than enough for everyone to be comfortable, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. Even our grandmother, who uses a walker, was able to get around the house with ease, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the fire pit and used it every night—such a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of activities. The location was also perfect for attending St. Martin’s Graduation, just a short and easy drive away. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of great amenities like the hot tub, sports court, and private dock. The hosts have clearly put thought into creating a fun yet peaceful getaway, and we really appreciated the care they put into the home. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing lakeside retreat!

Enjoyed our stay at Jon's place. For our small group of 7, this was homebase for a couple days of daytrips to explore and hike the Mt Saint Helens area. Great communication before and during our stay. Place was clean and as described. Very clear instructions throughout to answer any questions you might have. Would definitely recommend!

Tammy and Neil, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I have never seen a rental space more equipped with essentials and care. You can tell there was so much thought for the visitor solely aesthetics, comfort and cleanliness. If you have a competitive husband (like me), you’ll get a kick out of all the games and fun things to do. There is something for just about everyone in this home. Relax while reading a book on the deck, play some guitar, grill up your favorite meals, or chill in the outdoor bathtub. The view from the deck is gorgeous. I’ll go back there in my dreams! I also have to call out the house manual and binder of recommendations/instructions. Again, super thorough and impressed by the thought that was put into that resource and the entire space. We hope to visit again!

My Dad and I really enjoyed our stay at Jim’s place! It is well appointed and we really like how it’s decorated. It has an amazing view overlooking the river! We have family in the area and we travel out there often. We would love to stay here again!

This place was the perfect location for me. I love the proximity of the Riverwalk river walk. I also thought the little patio outside was a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Portland.

The views from this place are much more beautiful than expected. The river was absolutely gorgeous. Bonus we saw a beautiful doe walking just below the house along the riverfront. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the massive views of the river. We even saw the USS Jack H. Lucas sail by on its way home from fleet week. 💙. Go Navy!! We would definitely stay again.

This apartment is in a great location with an great view of the River. we enjoyed sitting and watching the sailboats in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing food. Checkout was easy. We would definitely stay again.
