Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cowlitz River

Such a great location that was surprisingly central to all the things we wanted to see. Robert was very attentive and friendly. He offered a wide spectrum of activities when I asked him for suggestions based on our interests. The space is clean, with clear instructions, and very comfortable. The bedding and pillows felt incredibly luxurious.

Nice property right by the River. Comfortable stay and a good value. Beds were comfortable. The hosts set up a fire in the fire pit for us which was a nice bonus. They were also flexible on check out time.

It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting portland. Within walking distance to take a bus to the train to get downtown. Within walking distance of a great butcher, market, parks.

This was the perfect place for our family. The kids shared the full bed and my husband and I took the queen. The check-in and check-out times were extra generous! We only talked to James when we first arrived to get the keys, but he made sure to let us know that he was available even if just needed a recommendation. The place is stocked with such thoughtful amenities. Where most AirBnB's seem to give you tiny amounts of soap/etc and lock the rest up, his place was the opposite. There were snacks on the counter for us and cold drinks in the fridge. The location was perfect for us - we had family about 2 mins away. Really great!

We had a wonderful stay at Savannah’s place in Centralia! The place was spacious and had everything you would need. It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were just a couple of blocks from the main downtown streets where there were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and cute shops, so it was nice to be able to easily walk places. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Portland Expo center which was a close drive. Nice little neighborhood, and cute little place to stay.

This place was beautiful and in a beautiful part of town. Russell was a great host and we enjoyed our stay!

My family was looking for a place to stay close to Mt. Rainier that would be free from pets, as my daughter is unfortunately highly allergic. It is hard to find, but this cozy cottage stood out. Its beautiful aesthetic drew us in, along with the hot tub. We had just come back from an Alaska cruise so we want to find a remote place to wind down for a few days and explore Mt. Rainier & Mt. St Helen. This was the perfect spot! We had a little issue with the thermostat where the heater would come on making it stuffy. We reached out to Branden and he quickly responded offering us a solution to turn the AC unit on and open the doors to make the upstairs cooler. It worked and we were comfortable the rest of the stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and stopped to get firewood for the fire pit for s’mores. One of the best parts were the deer that roamed around the property. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a home away from home. It was the best way to end our trip.

Spacious, beautiful, and peaceful! This was a very well-appointed home that accommodated six comfortably and allowed us to organize our gear and cook real meals. I only wish we could have stayed longer to play frisbee or croquet on the grass and eaten some meals outside in the gorgeous green surroundings. Would return in a heartbeat!

Special place to stay. Idyllic views. Right on the river. Hot tub, swimming, Kayaks, sauna, grill, outdoor space to hang out. All spectacular. Well stocked kitchen. The only two complaints we had were that something may have been up with the gas stove (wouldn't get hot enough to boil water even when on high for upwards of an hour). Second, the listing had two rooms with king beds, and in reality there was only one room with a king. Overall, I would stay here again. Probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever had. Great place for families.

The place was perfect for a one night stay! It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome gift, thank you! It would be great to have a TV or projector screen in the upstairs bedroom, just for a bit of extra relaxation. I also enjoyed meeting people from the house and having a nice time outside with Mila the dog. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve mingled a lil more! Overall, a great stay…thank you!

Solid place. Gave us everything we needed and was responsive and proactive checking in on our stay. Also had some kids toys in there so little could have fun right when e got there.

The view here is gorgeous and the decor inside is beautiful. This place is probably best for 2 couples with kids. We were 10 adults so it was a bit tight. The bunk room was adorable for kids but the top bunk was not as functional for an adult. We brought a cot so 2 people could still sleep in there. The kitchen is very well appointed. We loved our time here!

Had a great one-night stay in Centralia, Washington. The two-bedroom home was so cute, cozy, and incredibly well-appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meal with the food I brought, which was a huge plus. The space was thoughtfully put together, comfortable, and made for a pleasant and relaxing stop.

Anthony was very responsive if we ever had any questions. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very close to Mt. Rainer!

The views from this place are much more beautiful than expected. The river was absolutely gorgeous. Bonus we saw a beautiful doe walking just below the house along the riverfront. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the massive views of the river. We even saw the USS Jack H. Lucas sail by on its way home from fleet week. 💙. Go Navy!! We would definitely stay again.

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

We had a nice stay and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was great. Recommended.

My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. I was in the area for work and I am seriously considering returning with the family. It's a beautiful area and everything about the stay was perfect.

Judy was a phenomenal host for this incredibly beautiful Airbnb. She was beyond helpful and kind. Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Start to finish this was an easy stay. Eli had everything set up and arranged prior to my arrival and I didn't need anything during my stay. As easy as you can hope for.

By far, my favorite stays at an Airbnb. This place had everything that I needed for me and the kids. It was so peaceful. I didn’t hear a soul. Lots of stuff to watch on the big LG screen. We were so happy! Kim, thank you for one of the best birthdays my son has ever had.
