Hidea bed on main level**only suitable for 1 person sleeping on** has a 50 inch TV & Small/Full kitchen & bathroom with shower on the main flr. 5 minutes from the village of Cowichan Bay, with local shops and plenty of choices for dining. We are 15 minutes from the town of Duncan and 35 minutes from Victoria and about 45 minutes from the Nanaimo Duke point ferry.

The light filled farmhouse with cathedral ceilings has exquisite pastoral views of Glenora (Valley of Gold). No wonder it is called Golden Valley House! Visit the farm animals or farm-to-table restaurant by day (Friday-Sunday from Mar-Sept.) or stargaze at night. Watch the farmers tend the vegetables while you cook up a meal in the spacious open kitchen. Biking and hiking trails and swimming within minutes. Family friendly! Vineyards close by, too. Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

We are also midway between Nanaimo and Victoria (1 hour drives). For bikers and hikers the Mt. Tzoulhalem (Kaspa Road) trailhead is 600m away (we provide bike lockup). Our rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests are $50 per night. Sorry, we're not child-proofed.

Our suite is close to Bamberton Provincial Park in a peaceful neighbourhood close to beach access. Bike tour guests will appreciate the proximity to the Mill Bay ferry dock. Matcha is a 200 Sq ft tiny house. Sleeps 3, it is nestled in the forest on a private 7 acres of land, 4 min drive to Glenora Trail Head Park, 5 minute walk to local swim hole on the Cowichan River, 10 min drive to downtown Duncan. Enjoy a restful sleep in the cozy loft surrounded by trees & the sound of the river. We use eco friendly cleaners/soaps. We kindly ask you to respect check in & check out times.
