Our cozy character home with the taste of modern interior is located in the heart of beautiful West Point Grey. We are one block from 10th Ave shops, bus lines, and a 5-minute bus ride to UBC. We are 20 minutes from Jericho Beach. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.
