The cottage was the perfect spot to unwind. From the massage chairs to the open bar to the hot tub, Jared and Ian put much thought into making their guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were absolutely amazing especially the heated toilet. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a romantic or girls trip getaway. Will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very cozy and comfortable. We booked it at the last minute the night before we arrived at 11 pm and they were very responsive right away! Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Atlanta for work. Very conveniently located since our office is in Buckhead, and close to a lot of our favorite restaurants.

We traveled to the area for my husband to have surgery. Another host cancelled our reservation just three days before the surgery because they couldn’t get anyone to clean. We are so glad they canceled because Kristin and her place were absolutely perfect. She was so flexible and gracious during a stressful time for us. Her home was so clean, located next to all major stores and restaurants, and it had all the creature comforts you’d want. The yard is fantastic if you have a dog. Our dog loved playing ball in the fenced area. We would definitely stay with Kristin again!!

The house was as described and pictured in the listing. Well furnished & decorated. The location is on a busier street but we couldn’t hear the noise inside at all. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The backyard is enormous and our dog loved it. There was a maintenance issue with the outside steps but it was rectified quickly after I made the owners aware. The location was great to visit family in the area. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed to be well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would definitely stay again.

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

My family and I stayed here and we loved it. The host, Maseyree, was very responsive and helpful while we stayed. Place was cleaned and everyone kept to themselves, very easy to find and parking is easy to find as well !

Mrs. Sonia was very detailed upon arrival. Being that we got in later then expected she accommodated us on departure. She was prompt at responding to our messages. We picked a great place to be it was quite and had a safe environment. If we were to go back I definitely would go back to stay.

I had a wonderful time at Anthony and Kendra’s cottage. The tranquil location was ideal, and I loved spending mornings on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The spacious and beautifully decorated cottage had all the amenities I required. When I return to visit family in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Both Christina and Melissa were amazing and darling hosts to have. They were very accommodating, sweet,responsive, and proactive. At one point me and my girlfriend ran out of toilet tissue close to midnight. When we notified the hosts of this, they came right away with more tissue and I was very impressed and appreciative of that. I can tell that the hosts take alot of pride of their property and are constantly taking care of it. Right below the unit is a garage and they do a lot of wood work in there. It was actually reassuring to hear them working in there because it made me feel at ease knowing they are handy and can probably build or fix anything in the unit lol. In general I felt extra safe and welcomed knowing that the host were LGBTQ friendly 🌈. The unit was also clean, free of bugs and clutter, and had so many neat amenities. The neighborhood itself was beautiful, diverse, and felt safe. At one point I even walked to the local park to feel the fresh air! Book now!

I rented this place for my mom and me to stay during her visit. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The cottage is located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Many markets, including Publix, Kroger, Target, and Macy's, are within walking distance. Overall, it is a wonderful wonderful place, especially for elderly guests.

Jwaundace was an amazing host. Very communicative and made check in easy. I told her that my wife and I were celebrating a birthday and she offered to set up the room with decorations or a surprise gift for my wife if i sent the stuff, that thoughtfulness itself made the stay worthwhile. On top of it all the house looked exactly like the pictures and was beautiful, charming & comfy . Would definitely stay again.

Had such a nice stay at the Elm House. I've been traveling throughout the south for fieldwork, and this is one of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in. It was cozy and good stress relief. Although it's in close walking distance to cute breweries with good beer and food, it feels like you're nestled into the woods with all the trees. The bed in the loft was amazingly comfy, and the ambiance made me feel at home. Taylor was a wonderful host and was super responsive. I'll be coming back for fieldwork in the spring and would book this house again in a heartbeat.
