It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed.
