Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

Great place for the city. Good comms easy to get to and from the city centre. close to the station . well priced tidy and clear greay host would stay again !

I am a returning customer and if I return to Coventry again I will stay with Justyna 100%. Panini press, quiet and peaceful, beautiful backyard, lots of different herbal teas free to use, good location, great views. I've stayed in both rooms now and both of them make you feel like home after a while and the mattresses are high quality. Justyna is very responsive and one of a kind, and we even became friends.

Justin is a very responsive and gentle host. The room was really clean and cozy, we had a really nice stay over there. Although it's quite a walk (~20mins) from the train station, it's really close to a nearby retail park which you can find food and large supermarkets. We are very confident to stay with Justin again in the future.
