The back yard is Tolt MacDonald Park, 574 acres, a favorite for mountain bikers and trail walkers alike. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

My place is located in the heart of Woodinville, just a few miles from beautiful wine country and is a short 25 minute drive to Seattle. It is also close to Bellevue and the Microsoft Campus. You have access to an outdoor pool, hot tub and small workout space. The condo accommodates 2 guests comfortably and can hold up to 4 with the use of a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. (there is a no children policy due to the condo just not being set up or accommodating for that).

We are about a 30 second drive to hop onto the Snoqualmie Valley Trail for a bike ride, walk thru nature or bird watching. I wanted to create a funky and beautiful space that makes you feel excited about coming back to after your adventures and doesn't break the bank so you can enjoy all that the area has to offer. I really want you to feel at home!.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
