A picturesque two-bedroom cottage approached by a secluded road sits on a hill with stunning views of rolling lawns and treetops to the east. You’ll wake to the sunrise light streaming through the tall picture windows in the romantic bedroom. The separate living room offers ample space to enjoy tea with a slice of Claire's delicious home-made tea cake. The adorable second bedroom provides a special place for children to feel right at home and the gorgeous clawfoot tub is the stuff of dreams.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
