The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Pillar Rock Cannery Escape (Chinook House)

Relax and soak in the views at this tranquil River front getaway on the banks of the beautiful Columbia River! The Chinook is a small, cozy 100 year old renovated house nestled in amongst the trees! Activities include walking the beach, swimming, fishing, hiking, games, hammocks, cannery tours etc. The beach approach is shared with the Coho Cabin located 100 yards away with wooded area in between. The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
