Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

Such a beautiful home and location, and the host was super responsive and friendly. A perfect getaway!

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

Iñaki and Eva were exceptional hosts: very friendly, close and always available for any questions or recommendations. They gave us advice on places to visit. In addition, when we arrived at the apartment we found a nice detail of local products that gave us a lot of enthusiasm. They were also very attentive with our son: they left him a gift toy, so that he would also enjoy the stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, cared for with a lot of care and was impeccably clean. Everything is tastefully decorated, cozy and functional. My favorite corner - the kitchen window for a coffee overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!!!

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Thanks Carmen. Maybe see you next year!

Excellent stay at Belén's. Belén is very friendly, very available and attentive. Immediately responsive if requested. The accommodation is next to the sea, the port and in the city. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time surrounded by restaurants, shops, a picturesque harbor and a coastal walk with small beaches with turquoise water on sunny days, and breathtaking reefs. Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

very nice area, sea view and the beach. Nice large terrace with chairs and table. The underground parking garage was also a plus despite the fact that there was plenty of space on the street. The apartment was very clean, a compliment for the person who cleaned this. Some tips for making it more practical: hang some coat racks/heels on the wall, provide a kettle and maybe some extra side tables or suitcases. I would definitely come back here and I recommend this apartment
