The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Our stay started with a warm welcome followed by a discovery of the very bright accommodation, tastefully decorated and typical of Sardinia. We were able to enjoy the terrace overlooking the sea, surrounded by pine forest and, the little extras: sunrise and the sweet melody of the waves. Top. Andrea is a thoughtful host and always available for suggestions and advice. We had a great time, we highly recommend Andrea.

Very nice apartment. Panoramic view of the bay. Free parking space reserved in front of the accommodation. Beautiful maritime decor comfortable bedding, very functional kitchen and bathroom. living room with sea view. Hot tub at a good temperature and very comfortable the beach is a 5 min walk and restaurants 10 min walk Electric charging station for car 10 min walk. I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and exactly as described. Elisabetta was super nice and made check-in a breeze. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect right in the center of the city. I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location right at the beach with practically no other people using it. This is ideal for relaxing beach holiday with family. We loved the terrace with views of the Mediterranean for breakfasts and lazy afternoons. We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

A beautiful stay! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. Alessia welcomed us warmly (including Sardinian specialties) and gave us many great tips on excursions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very family friendly, with toys, extra blankets and everything you need. You can tell right away how much love is in every detail. When the kettle didn't work on arrival, Alessia brought a new one the next morning. Very accommodating! The garden invites you to linger, including charcoal grill and foosball. Many thanks to Alessia, Christian and Daniela – we felt like family, incredibly comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place! A presto! Tip: The property is about 30 minutes from Cagliari airport. Ideal starting point to explore Sardinia with a rental car.

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view. A big thank you to Riccardo who was a great host, always quick to reply and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
