The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold system), equipped with every comfort (2 TVs with DVD player, stereo, 2 a/c, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas, small barbecue, washing machine) and IS ONLY 5 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF GEREMEAS, inside a complex with access for residents only. The bay of Geremeas, 3 km long, is certainly one of the most beautiful on the coast. The crystal clear sea immediately reaches a certain depth and the sand is white and a little coarse. The sand dunes that stand out behind the beach are certainly noteworthy. The apartment is available immediately. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The most pleasant corner of the house is the terrace with a sea view overlooking the sand dunes and the beautiful Torre dei Corsari beach, which is a 700-metre walk from the house. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a sea view.

The House is a new structure, part of an independent villa that includes another apartment (the only direct neighbour), completely surrounded by a private garden. It is very bright, simply furnished and embellished with marine-themed decorations handcrafted by the owner.
