Beachfront holiday rental in Costa Verde

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

A great accommodation in the middle of nature with views of mountains and sea. Everything is exactly as shown. You have everything you need and can spend the whole day outside. There are many places to spend time on the property. Wonderful and secluded bays are within walking distance. A clear recommendation for all who love nature!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

We loved our stay! The location is great, directly in front of a beautiful beach which was great for family and kids. We rented the house with friends and it was a perfect size for two families. It has two main rooms on different floors and an open space with two beds for kids. It was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and it was well organised. The location is a bit remote which we liked. There is a place to get a coffee on the beach and a fruit seller that we could walk to. Francesca was welcoming and was available for any questions.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. Children can relax in the pool or on the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and was very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you!

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. Lovely people and stunning place. Peaceful place to recharge from daily hustle. Can recommend to have some Italian plate of local cheese, ham and olives with red wine during sunset time - it was amazing. Refreshing at local sight la grotta in walking distance was exceptional as well. Come here! The Host Carola was also very flexible and always there for us. Great contact!

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier after consultation with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. The olive grove with an outdoor kitchen behind the house is an absolute dream. You can't decide where you want to eat, because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. You can't expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and doesn't take everything with it. This is not a problem, you can run it for additional cleanliness, that is enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

We had an exceptionally beautiful holiday. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a holiday apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

great experience in spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only downside is the house is a little dark, but wanting to be outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

The house is very interesting, a lot of round walls, a beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The area around is very nice and quiet. The sea is 2 steps away. The sea is clean, but 50 meters from the shore is still shallow. The surroundings are beautiful. We walked to Pula and Nora. The host is always available! We were very satisfied with our stay in this place.
